You’ve met this sweet baby before, though you may not recognise her as last time she was a beautiful bump! Now introducing her earthside with her beautiful family.

Welcome Luisa, here’s a sneak peak of some of the photographs I took of your beautiful family  Aaron, Nina & Ben :-)

She really was an angel, sleeping soundly through much of the shoot - she really has such a peaceful soul, and I think she’s such a perfect complement to her caring family. It was a pleasure to photograph her, and Nina & Aaron were so lovely to welcome me into their beautiful home - Thank you! I will be in contact with you shortly to share with you the rest of the photographs.

She was given a beautiful barbie dress and veil as a Christmas present from lovely friends, it is now her favourite dressup! Thanks Jordan & Ky! Big brother was also very impressed with his cricket set :)

Second Day of January

A gorgeous sunny day in Adelaide, perfect for a family outing!

My darling daughter was happy to twirl in her pink tutu skirt and parasol for a walk, though after spotting a rather large brown snake sunning in some bushes the walk became slightly more attentive. There’s nothing like a snake sighting to put a sombre mood on the walk! Thankfully an iceblock later cheered everyone up :)

Holiday Fun

Friday, January 2nd, 2009

Last year I did a challenge where I took at least a photo a day for the entire month of January. I enjoyed it so much and thought it was such a great memory of our Summer holidays, so I’ve decided to do it again. So I’ll share a few of the happenings in the Grantham household as the month goes along!

First Day of January

For Christmas, Grandma gave the children a sweet stove and sink combo for their cubby house. We’ve decided to keep them inside for a while over the summer so they can enjoy them more out of the heat. Needless to say I’m forever drinking cups of “tea” and sampling some awesome playdough dishes at the moment - they’ve been a real hit!

The other lovely thing about the gifts is that they were handmade by a charity group that runs activities for people with special needs - www.encountercentre.com.au/ They did a great job making them, they’re lovely and sturdy
